How can I/my council participate in the Congreso?

Step 1: Endorse the NLC
Endorsers can be an elected official's office, non-profit organization, business, union, religious institution or network interested in endorsing the 2011 National Latino Congreso. As an Endorser, you or your organization will be listed in Congreso materials.

Early Bird Registration
Deadline EXTENDED to March 18th
Register and pay the attendance fee for full privileges of sending one voting delegate and ten observers to the 2011 National Latino Congreso. Endorsing organizations will receive 1 voting Delegate Pass and 10 Observer passes. This gives access to Strategy Sessions and Workshops/Plenaries/Caucuses/any meals/Hospitality suites/Inauguration and Welcome Reception.

Basic Endorser Pass
$99 Early Bird Registration (that's $9/ person!)
$150 after March 18th

Individual Observer Pass
$50 for a Three Day Pass
$25 Per Day

Endorsing organizations may purchase additional individual observer passes as well as interested individuals. This includes access to Strategy Sessions/ Workshops Plenaries/ Caucuses/ Hospitality Suites. Please note, under this pass you will not receive voting privileges or access to any meals.
