(LOS ANGELES ) – On January 30, 2019, Russell Aguilar, represented by MALDEF (Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund) filed an employment discrimination lawsuit against the Housing Authority for the County of Marin. The suit alleged that Aguilar experienced discriminatory working conditions and termination.
The suit has now been resolved, through a confidential agreement, to the satisfaction of both parties. The lawsuit has therefore been dismissed.
